Bakery Conclave to be a part of 4th North East Foodtech 2024

Guwahati: The 4th North East Foodtech 2024 will be organized in Guwahati from 25 to 28 January 2024. The event will also include a one day Bakery Conclave on 27 January. The 4th North East Foodtech 2024 will be be hosted in the Maniram Dewan Trade Center in Guwahati.

In recognition of the huge number of small and unorganized bakeries in the region, the Bakery Conclave will be organized. This event is an innovation effort to uplift the bakers. One day Bakery conclave has been slated on Saturday at the venue. Bakery Consultant from all over India will update them about the idea of running a bakery business in current days. Some home-bakers and small bakeries in the region will get free consultancy from the experts at conclave.

The concave is free to attend for all interested parties. The day long event will kick off at 10 AM and continue till 6 PM. A spot registration will be underway at the venue for the event. Apart from the technical know-how from the experts, the participants will also be able to learn about other important factors. These include details of advertising and marketing as well as state of the art equipment.

Kolkata Foodtech in collaboration with Hotel & Restaurant Association of Assam and All Assam Restaurant Association is organizing North East Foodtech 2024. Around 90 reputed organization across the country are planning to participate in the event. The fourth edition promises a sizable investment, business collaboration, tie-up and start -up business.

The exhibiting companies will display the product range starting from food making modern machinery, packaging technology, food safety and hygiene packaging materials, bakery & confectionery equipment, food and beverage processing equipment, food display system, commercial refrigeration & kitchen equipment, cold room, food additives, ingredients, flavour & fat, F&B display equipment, food industry IT solution, Bakery & Hospitality industry accessories and many more.

The organizers are expecting about 5000 business visitors from the region for the four-day exhibition.
