Ziro Festival of Music to be held after a gap of two years

The Ziro Festival of Music will be hosted this year after a gap of of two years. Both the 2020 and 2021 versions of the event were cancelled owing to the COVID 19 global pandemic.

The subsequent lockdowns and strict travel policies were the reasons leading to cancellation of almost all events in this two year gap. Several popular events including the Ziro Festival of Music and NH7 Weekender were cancelled.

The dates has been declared to start on the 29th of September and end by the 2nd of October. Although the artist lineup has not been declared yet, pre-booking of tickets have already started on the official website of the event. The early bird season passes have been priced at Rs. 8000 + 18% GST. This will grant entry for all the four days of the event.

Apart from enjoying the beautiful music, one can also explore the beautiful Ziro Valley during this festival. Its a very good opportunity to take a road trip to the event through the beautiful landscapes of the region. Tickets of the event can be booked from this website.

This year Majuli Music Festival will also take place this year. Although it has not been confirmed yet by the organizers, NH7 Weekender will also take place this year.
