The state of Mizoram is ready to host the Anthurium Festival 2022 on the 14th and 15th of October. Reiek Tourist Resort will be the host of this annual event. The department of tourism of Mizoram is the main organizer of this event aimed at attracting tourists to the state.
This two day event aims to showcase the beautiful culture and traditions of the Northeastern state. Music, dance, food and beverages all will be part of this celebration.
Events will start at 12 PM on both the days. Robert Romawia Royle, Minister of State for Tourism, Mizoram will be the chief guest for the first day. T.C Pachhunga, Hon’ble Vice Chairman of Tourism Development Board, B.B. Swain, Secretary of MSME Ministry of Government of India and Manisha Saxena, Principal Secretary, Tourism Department of Mizoram will attend the first day of events.
Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga will be the chief guest for the first day. Robert Romawia Royle, Minister of State for Tourism, Mizoram, Lalrintluanga Sallo, Government deputy Chief Whip, Renu Sharma IAS Chief Secretary, Government of Mizoram and Lalengmawia, Joint Secretary of Tourism Department, Government of Mizoram will be present for the second day of celebrations.
The state of Mizoram is also setting up to organize an International Tourism Mart.
